Project Overview:
A short top down 3D action game with slow paced methodical combat similar to dark souls, but with completely innovative controls that fully utilize the perspective. Story deals with the nature of war, the grayness of morality, deception and propaganda in a near-future with a cross between sci-fi and fantasy. I have several very detailed game design documents that I can provide if you want more information but don’t want to post everywhere on the internet.
Contract pay, short project only a month long. Rev-share also negotiable if that is preferred.
If the team does well together I have funding for larger sequels that we can team up for.

Musical Direction: Music will be from indie artists. Combination of dark, melodic, and intense.
Artistic Direction: 3D Art. Art direction is still to be decided. Preferably an indie style that isn't too realistic, and is stylistic.

Target Market: Target market is fans of games like Dark Souls, and people who are into more thought provoking games.
Device/System: PC
Budget Plan: I have a budget for this game. I hope to pay some contract pay and also rev-share negotiable.
Profit Plan: Profits are hard to predict. The goal is to be a proof-of-concept game to fund larger and more profitable sequels as well as gather up a team and try out mechanics. So even if the game doesn't make too much money, if we do a good job I can get funding for follow up projects that get more ambitious and include PVP, sandbox open world gameplay, and evolving Ai.
Team and Role Details
My Role: I've completed whole games alone before so I can do everything. My specialty is programming though and I've already programmed most of the base code for the game. I plan to do the sound and music as well using, buying or modifying existing sound effects, and using my indie music contacts for the music. I can also do some of the 3D art, but would prefer someone who specializes in it. Roles Already Taken: Currently none, I want the project to be small and completable by two people in about a month. I could finish the project myself to be honest but I want to gain some new team members, and friends.
Looking for:
Explanation of roles: I want someone to do the 3D art for the game, and will provide some pay or rev-share. I'm willing to take someone still learning, as long as they have the right attitude. The art style shouldn't be too high budget/realistic, but instead should be stylized to minimize costs. The artist can choose what direction the art goes in.
